Terms of Service
- Cyber Link VIA SANT´ELISABETTA 16/R Florence, for the agreed upon fee(see the attached list),offers to hold in Florence in our locations the piece(es)of baggage(s) as described above, belonging to the Client as cited above, on its premises until the date hereby stated.
- The above specified date of return may be prolonged by a telephone or fax notice.
- At the time of deposit a copy of this contract will be issued to the client and will be considered valid by Cyber Link as a receipt for said baggage deposit.
- Withdrawal of the baggage will be allowed only upon presentation of the withdrawal slip by the third party as specified above.
- Cyber Link cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of articles due to theft, fire or flood, as testified by a valid police report.
- If necessary, Cyber Link reserves the right to hold baggage in any other of its secure location of deposit.
- The client declares and guarantees that said baggage does not contain any illegal, dangerous, or degradable items. If Cyber Link should believe the above statement to be false they reserve the right to destroy any articles therein at the clients expenses within 12 hours of notification to the client by telephone, fax, email, or sms.
- If the said baggage is not claimed within the dates specified above and if no further information is conveyed to Cyber Link within 15 days of the withdrawal date, the client will be charged with a double rate for the extended days. After the 15 days of extension Cyber Link reserve the right over the baggage deposited.
- Upon the submission of the baggage the client ought to pay 50% of the total amount.
- Before withdrawing the said baggage, the Client must pay all fees and expenses incurred as agreed upon in this contract.
