We are open everyday from morning 9.30 to 00.30 late night and there is no way that we miss your shipment reception.
Things that you need to do know inorder to obtain an optimum service
- Place YOUR NAME first and then OUR CONTACT ADDRESS
- YOUR CONTACT : leave us your phone number and e-mail id so that we can contact you as soon as we receive your package
- DELAY IN PICKUP : you should withdraw the received item within 24 hrs from the moment we contact you inorder to avoid the baggage deposit fee (5 euros for 24hrs) applied to you.
- Incase you are out of station please do let us know
Customs Duty
in the case of a CUSTOMS DUTY PAYMENT cyber link will contact the client. And upon the request from the client cyber link will receive the package and anticipate the payment to the customs on behalf of the client. In case CYBER LINK finds it hard to get hold of the client the package might return back to the sender after two days of waiting. The customs duty anticipated for the client by CYBER LINK will be received only in cash and not as credit card or other types of payments.
